Wow factor – Church House has it in abundance. This Victorian Church was originally built in 1850 and in 2017 we gave it a new lease of life and converted into a bright and spacious, contemporary home/venue. This most extraordinary holiday destination is ideal for a special weekend away or family/friends holiday. It also makes an amazing space for corporate events and the smaller, more intimate wedding reception or celebration! In collaboration with Wokingham Borough Council we can also offer naming and vow renewal ceremonies. 

We want to make your visit to the church memorable so we also offer some 'Little Extras' to make your holiday/event extra special. We have a lovely team who can arrange food and entertainment. Also, if you fancy something a little different, we have a Mixologist, a Beautician, a Yoga Teacher and a Murder Mystery Team, all willing to come to Church House and make your time here as unique as the building.

The conversion of this Victorian Church retains unique original features while at the same time, providing a carefully designed and functional new interior, with the clean lines of modern design. This stunning conversion has been executed to the highest standards and sleeps 8 people comfortably plus casual sleeping for up to 4 more on sofa beds.

Use of Church House as a venue for special occasion may be considered on an individual application basis. Please enquire for a quotation and terms, different rates and deposit may apply.

Special Weekly Rate:
